DISCOVERY- To begin, we'll listen and learn. We'll identify your needs and establish strategic goals. Once we understand the cosmetics of our relationship and what you're looking to accomplish, we'll propose an estimate and set a timeline. We can work as an independent agency or in collaboration with your internal organizational structure.

RESEARCH & DESIGN - We'll use a balanced mix of creative ingredients, integrating visuals and type to communicate key ideas. You may already have some concepts in your head or on paper, but in some cases, we may need to start from scratch.

PRODUCTION - By now, we are well into our process. Here, we will be attentively focused on details making sure intricate parts of the vision are being implemented and that nothing gets overlooked. We'll also be testing the piece to appropriate audiences to be sure we're hitting our target and heading in the direction of final client approval.

REVIEW - During this final phase of the process, we'll get any feedback or suggestions from the client before launching the piece and completion of the project. Depending on the scope of the project, there may be an ongoing lifecycle, such as a website that may need regular updates or an advertisement that gets modified on a quarterly basis. We will always be asking for your feedback along the way, so there won't be any surprises.
